10 crazy McDonalds foods from around the world

McDonald's is everywhere, and not surprisingly, their famous 'M' logo is the most recognised symbol in the world (likely due to the fact there are branches in over 120 countries).

From Pineapple-Oreo McFlurries to Mashed Potato Burgers, international McDonald's menu items can get all kinds of weird.

Here are 10 of the best available on the main menu, which are sure to get your senses tingling:

1. McCurry Pan

Country - India

This item is very popular in McDonalds stores in India, and features curried vegetables baked in a cream sauce inside a crispy "bowl" constructed from soft bread. This is part of their vegetarian menu because if you choose not to eat meat, at least you can eat the bowl it comes in.

2. Bubur Ayam

Country - Malaysia

This item is like nothing ever seen before in the UK. It consists of chicken strips in a Malaysian style porridge topped with spring onions, ginger, fried shallots and chillies. A for originality.

3. Ebi Fillet-O Shrimp Burger

Country - Japan

A patty of panko-battered shrimp (prawns) topped with tempura sauce, mustard and lettuce. Who says a burger has to be made from beef?

Equally, Japan offer an extensive range of food only available in their branches of McDonalds such as the Teriyaki Burger, Hawaiian Burger, Wasabi McNugget Sauce, Bacon and Potato Pie and Shaka Shaka Chicken.

4. McNoodles

Country - Austria

Yes, you heard right, noodles. This is a stir fry bowl with thick egg noodles and vegetables in a variety of different flavours. If you're visiting there soon, sadly they were available for a limited time only. So if you're craving noodles you'll have to hit up a different fast food chain to get your fix!

5. McNurnburger

Country - Germany

Ofcourse this one is from Germany, consiting of 3 batwurst on a crisp bun with mustard and onions. Germany doesn't mess around when it comes to sausages, so we're pretty sure that this tastes amazing.
