Our CSL team

Danny Mackin

Seeing himself as being an analytical individual, Danny really enjoys making things happen, and turning thoughts into actions. He has a good understanding of how people’s strengths, work styles and personalities are complementary and loves to create adaptive and agile working environments to ensure co-operation and productivity.

He believes in concentrating energy on what you do well, considering it wiser and more sensible to build on what you naturally do best. When not working he likes to spend quality time with family and friends, participating in outdoor activities whenever he can.

Kat Gorst

Having joined our team in 2013 after studying mathematics at Manchester Metropolitan University, and working weekends in a competitive sales environment, Kat’s role within the company began on a temporary basis but quickly progressed into a full-time position. With great communication skills, Kat will always go out of her way to help landlords and tenants alike to solve any queries or issues they may have. Kat’s unique attribute is having size 12 feet.

Amy Walley

Amy joined our team in 2021 after gaining much of her professional experience from a career in the estate agency world. Hitting the ground running with her unique sense of humour and forthright personality, she has quickly become a core member of the CSL family. When Amy isn’t working to find students their home from home she can be found walking her dog, spending time being forced to go to the gym or fighting with herself about not buying more shoes she doesn’t need!

Victoria Wilson

Victoria works closely with the front line property teams to achieve business goals. One of her passions is seeking opportunities to bring people together, whether that is students forming a new group to tenant a house, or communicating opportunities to landlords whilst working with stakeholders such as the University and Private Sector Housing. Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and listening to live music. Once a year Victoria is part of the “’in-competent sailing crew”!!

Jamie Gaskell

Down to earth and easy to get on with, it’s very important to Jamie that others around him feel at ease and reassured that he has their best interests at heart in everything he does. Jamie likes spending time with his family and fixing cars out of work, and he always strives to get the very best results. This is reflected in his work and home life, especially with his children.
