Warrington campus accommodation guide

The Warrington campus is a 40-minute drive away from the city of Chester. The campus provides academic and social facilities for both residential and commuting undergraduate and postgraduate students. It can be hard when deciding on the type of accommodation you want, so we have put together a list of all the accommodation that the Warrington campus has to offer. All the accommodation listed are all on the immediate campus, so perfect for those early 9 am lectures!

Newton Hall (£128.10 p/w)

  • Semi catered residence

Newton Hall is situated at the front of the campus and close to the Porters Lodge, it comprises of 44 single en-suite study bedrooms

Lancaster Hall (£82.60 - £109.20 p/w)

  • Self-catered residence

Lancaster Hall comprises of 54 self-catered single study bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities.There are kitchen and dining areas throughout the floors.

Padgate Hall (£82.60 - £109.20 p/w)

  • Self-catered residence

There are 43 self-catered single study bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities and one self-contained flat. Small kitchen and dining facilities are available throufhout for students.

Manchester Hall (£82.60 - £109.20 p/w)

  • Self-catered residence

Manchester Hall consists of 42 self-catered single study bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities, seven en-suite bedrooms and one self-contained flat. There are kitchen and dining facilities on each of the four floors.

College Close (Rent: £94.90 p/w)

  • Self-catered residence

College Close is situated close to the Fearnhead Lane entrance to the campus. There are three University-owned houses in College Close, each comprising of five self-catered single study bedrooms, so housing 15  students in total. Each house has its own kitchen/diner.

Regent Hall (£82.60 - £93.10 p/w)

  • Self-catered residence

Regent Hall has 49 self-catered single study bedrooms all with shared bathroom facilities, and three self-contained flats. There are small kitchen and dining rooms on each floor.

  • Self catered residence

Aiken Hall currently houses 28 students over two floors in single standard bedrooms. There are two kitchens and dining rooms on each floor.

Croft Hall (£82.60 - £93.10 p/w)

  • Self-catered residence

Croft Hall has 42  single bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities and one self-contained flat. There are kitchen and dining areas rooms on each of the four floors. However, this accommodation also hosts a fitness suite on the ground floor.

White Hall contains three self-contained flats with 42 rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.
